  • Just received my Festival Passport in the mail, what now?

    Check out the list of over 90 participating festivals and choose the ones you want to attend. When you arrive at the festival, stop by Will Call to get your wristband. Make sure you have your valid ID and Festival Passport with you. Have fun!

    If you have questions about reserving a campsite for a festival in the U.S. please contact at least 2 weeks before the festival to help coordinate.

  • When will the Festival Passport be shipped to me?

    Depending on your shipping address, the Festival Passport will use overnight (U.S.) or 2-day shipping (International) to deliver to you as soon as possible.

  • How do I see the line up, dates, location, and information for each participating festival?

    Click HERE to view our festival map that includes the website of each festival and all of the information you need to know.

  • What is included with the Festival Passport?

    Your Festival Passport includes General Admission access to every festival listed HERE.

  • What is NOT included with the Festival Passport?

    Transportation, airfare, hotel accommodation, etc. are not included.

  • What if the festival has or requires camping? Is this included in the Festival Passport?

    Onsite camping is not included in the Festival Passport. If there is a festival where GA admission already includes camping, please contact us two weeks before the event to reserve your camping spot. For festivals in the U.S. please email and for international festivals please contact The sooner you contact us before a festival, the better we can help accommodate you.   • Are there any extra charges or fees?

    Price of the Festival Passport: $799

  • Is there a payment plan?

    There is no payment plan for the Festival Passport.

  • Do I need to be 18 or over to buy a Festival Passport?


  • Can I buy more than one Festival Pass at a time?

    No, only one Festival Passport purchase is allowed per person. This limit applies per person, per transaction, per credit card, per billing address, per email address, and other factors.

  • Who can I contact for questions about my Festival Passport purchase order?

  • Can I bring someone with me to the festivals?

    Your Festival Passport is exclusive to you, but your friends can purchase tickets to join you.

  • Can I buy the Festival Passport and split up the events with my friends?

    No, the Festival Passport will be in the customer's name and is non-transferable.

  • What if I want to purchase the Festival Passport as a gift for someone else?

    When you are purchasing your Festival Passport, please use the recipient's name for BOTH shipping information and for the name of the Festival Passport holder.

  • Who can I contact if I have questions about an international festival?

    Please contact for questions regarding festivals outside of the U.S.

  • I've purchased the Festival Passport – how do I upgrade to VIP for one of the festivals I want to attend?

    The Festival Passport allows you General Admission access - if you want VIP tickets you will have to purchase VIP tickets to that festival separately. Please click HERE for each festival's website to learn more about VIP options.

  • I just bought the Festival Passport and I already have a General Admission ticket to one of the upcoming festivals. Can I get reimbursed for the ticket that I already bought?

    No, the Festival Passport gets you General Admission access to over 90+ festivals around the world. It is separate then other General Admission admission tickets that you have already bought for specific festivals.

  • Can I sell my Festival Passport?

    No, the Festival Passport will only work for the name of the original customer. Also, the Festival Passport will not work if you buy it on any 3rd party resale sites.

  • What happens if there are two festivals I want to attend on the same day?

    The Festival Passport is designed to allow you to access festivals of your choice. If there are two festivals occurring on the same weekend, you will have to pick one or alternate days at each.

  • Can I just show up to a festival for one day or do I have to attend all days?

    That is the beauty of the festival passport! You can show up for the whole festival, or just show up for your favorite day. Your choice! To see each participating festival line up, click HERE. If you are attending a festival outside of the U.S. please contact

  • What happens if I lose my Festival Passport?

    If you lose your passport, please immediately contact Front Gate Call Center at 888.512.SHOW. Your passport will be deactivated and a new one will be sent to you as soon as possible.

  • Do I need to activate my Festival Passport?

    No, the actual pass will allow you to enter participating festivals of your choice with a photo ID. Make sure to wear your pass!

  • When does the Festival Passport expire?

    The last day to use the Festival passport is December 31, 2017.

  • What are the best means of parking and transportation to a festival?

    Each festival will have its own options for parking and transportation – you can click HERE to check out the festival of your choice and see what options are recommended.

  • What am I allowed and not allowed to bring to each festival?

    Each festival has different prohibited and non-prohibited items. Click HERE to check out each festival's website.

  • How do I reserve a locker when I'm at the festival?

  • What if I need help with accomodations?

  • What if I don't want to wait in line at will call at the festival?

    Each festival has different hours that will call is open if you would like to make arrangements before the festival. Click HERE to check out each festival's website.

  • Where is the Bonnaroo Will Call and is camping included?

    Guest Check-In Hours:

    Festival Passport holders can pick up wristbands at the Coffee County Central High School, which is where the Bonnaroo Box Office Will Call is located at.
    Note: the will call moves on Saturday to the Manchester Coffee County Conference Center.

    Festival Passport holders must pick up their wristbands at Will Call PRIOR to entering the tollbooths. There is no will call present at the tollbooths to pick-up wristbands, so you will need to visit the high school or conference center (depending on the day) to pick up wristbands with your passport and showing photo ID.

    Any Festival Passport holder who wishes to park or camp onsite must purchase either a Day Parking Pass or a Car Camping Pass in order to access the site via a vehicle. This can be done through:

  • How do I reserve camping at Camp Bisco or Peach Music Festival?

    If you are camping at Camp Bisco or Peach Festival, please reach out to 2 weeks before the festival and provide us with your first and last name to help reserve your camping spot.

    When you check into the festival at Will Call, there will be a campsite available for you to purchase for $40 plus fees.
